The Paklite brand the quality of our products and the safety of our customers are paramount. All products sold are 100% genuine articles and are fully backed by the respective manufacturer warranties. We pride ourselves on producing high-quality products and therefore quality control remains a crucial step in each of the manufacturing processes of a product. We would not be able to take such high-level care and attention without having our staff overlooking the manufacturing process at each stage. We will guarantee to do everything we can to assist you in making your purchase and post-purchase as simply as possible. We want you to feel secure about purchasing from us.
What is the Process if my Product is Received Damaged or Faulty?
We try our best to ensure that all the products are checked and shipped free from defects. In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or faulty product upon delivery, do not panic, simply contact the CL Group 08 8340 1600 within 7 days of receiving delivery and we will organise to have the issue rectified for you as soon as possible.
Warranty Issues Over time.
The CL Group guarantees all its products against any manufacturing defects, covering materials and workmanship for the length of the time stated in the warranty. The length of the warranty period varies for each brand and product.
What is My Warranty?
Please check the product details online of the product you are purchasing or if you have already received the product please check the manufacturer swing tag, these will include your warranty details. The warranty period is effective from the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase as this will authenticate this product warranty. This is not an international warranty. Please note this warranty is only valid in the original country of purchase. All claims must be conducted in the original country of purchase.
My Product Is Not Working Properly or Has a Fault?
If a defect appears within the specified warranty period, and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, the Paklite brand will repair or replace (at its discretion) the product free of charge. Simply contact CL Group on 08 8340 1600 or email.

Our experienced and friendly customer service team will review and reply to you with a solution within 48 hours. your product needs to be repaired or returned to the CL Group, we will advise these details in our reply. Please note that you a sponsible for all costs of getting your product to the Authorised Service Centres or CL Group, including, but not limited to, the cost ‹
packaging and shipping.
Damaged Product While Travelling?
If damage has occurred to your bag while travelling with an airline - ALWAYS REPORT DAMAGE TO THE AIRLINE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE AIRPORT as this is covered by the airline and is NOT a manufacturing fault. Please contact the relevant airline for terms & conditions
Not Covered:
Reasonable or excessive wear and tear.
Damage is the result of mishandling, neglect, airlines, third parties, or transport companies.
Airlines are the most common cause of damage to luggage. Paklite is not responsible for any damage that occurs whilst your luggage is in transit. We urge you to take out travel insurance, inspect your luggage after each trip and submit a claim to the carrier if damage occurs. Should your luggage be damaged in transit we recommend you report & submit a claim directly to the airline that you have flown with before leaving the airport. Paklite will not enter into negotiation concerning damage caused outside the normal parameters of use or damage caused by third-party misuse of eat, flame or natural elements.

If the product is not under warranty as determined by the Authorised Service Centre, any repairs agreed to or freight costs associated will be at the cost of the owner.
Trade Practices Amendment Regulations 2010 (No.l) commencing 1 January 2012 'Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
